Restora yin & sound bath
You are invited to slow down, soften, and rest deeply.
Winter Restoration is a nourishing 3‑hour RestoraYin & Crystal Bowl Sound Bath designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and whole‑body restoration. This extended experience offers the spaciousness many of us rarely allow ourselves — time to truly unwind and reset.
If you feel called to slow down, rest deeply, and receive, I would love to hold this space for you.

What Is RestoraYin & Sound Bath?
This experience weaves together two deeply calming practices:
RestoraYin is a slow, supported style of yoga using long‑held, gentle postures and minimal movement. Props are used to help the body feel safe, supported, and at ease.
Crystal Bowl Sound Bath is a fully restful experience where you lie down comfortably while the resonance of crystal singing bowls and water drum gently moves through the space. The sound supports the body in shifting out of stress and into deep relaxation.
There is nothing to do, nothing to achieve, and no experience required — just space to rest and receive.
This experience is for you if:
-
You are craving deep rest rather than more doing
-
You feel physically or emotionally fatigued
-
You struggle to fully relax or switch off
-
You want to reconnect with stillness and calm
No yoga or sound healing experience is required.

A Gentle Invitation to Deep Rest
allows the nervous system to move beyond surface relaxation and into deeper states of rest and repair. This spacious pacing supports:
-
Deep relaxation and stress relief
-
Nervous system regulation
-
Emotional integration and release
-
Mental clarity and grounded calm
This offering is especially supportive if you have been feeling tired, overwhelmed, overstimulated, or disconnected from rest.
-
A slow, grounding welcome and settling period
-
Supported RestoraYin postures to gently warm and prepare the body
-
Extended sound bath with crystal bowls and water drum
-
Spacious silence, stillness, and integration time
You will spend most of the experience resting on the floor in supported positions and lying down comfortably.
